Accounts Executive / Officer / Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handling full set of accounts, preparation of monthly management report and day-to-day accounting functions (AR/AP, bank reconciliation and bank transaction).
  • Liaise with external parties such as tax agent, auditors and bankers.
  • Provide up-to-date and accurate financial information as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of STPM/Diploma with a minimum of two (2) years experience.
  • Must be proficient in basic accounting systems and MS Office applications.
  • Meticulous, strong with numbers, pro-active, independent and a team player.

Contract Executive

Responsibilities:

Assist in tender and contract procedures, progress payment, variation orders and cost estimate.

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
  • 2 to 3 years working experience in Developer, Contractor or Consultant firm.
  • Computer literate.

Site Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in construction industry.
  • Able to liaise/coordinate with consultants and supervise construction works and report to Project Manager.
  • Possesses own transport.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage

Marketing & Leasing Executive / Assistant

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in marketing of property would be advantageous.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-oriented.
  • Resourceful, dynamic, good leadership with strong interpersonal communication.
  • Able to plan and coordinate all matters related to marketing.
  • Conduct on-going market research to keep abreast with the current retail & commercial property trend.
  • Computer literate with good command of oral and written communication skills of English.
  • Knowledge of Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
