Sales & Marketing Officer / Executive
- Basic experience in property development.
- Those without experience but with strong interest in marketing
& sales of property are encourage to apply. - Computer literate
- Prepared to work weekends or public holidays (if required)
- Candidate completed SPM, STPM, Diploma or higher qualification
Project Manager
Responsibility:
The incumbent will be responsible for the planning and implementation of development projects.
Also to be responsible for projects management of on-going projects.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years related working experience
- Ability to work independently and to lead a project management
- Familiar with the development policies and guidelines
- Degreee or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering or any other related discipline will be an advantage
- Site experience on project management
Sales and Sales Admin Assistant
- Minimum STPM or higher
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in sales administration in a property development company
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Computer literate
- Good command in English. Knowledge of mandrin is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Hardworking, diligent and good working attitude
- Computer literate
